Timothy Fosu-Mensah is moving toward the last couple of months of his agreement at Manchester United and supervisor Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has affirmed the full-back could leave this month.
“I don’t know whether Tim will remain or if he will take a choice now,” Solskjaer said. “He’s not sufficiently played, so obviously he’s been permitted to address clubs with the end goal of leaving now in January.
“It’s troublesome when you have great players, gifted players, and you can’t give them game time and he’s presently at the stage where he needs to proceed to play once more.
“It very well may be end of January or it very well may be in the late spring that he discovers elsewhere. He’s buckling down, Tim, so he’s prepared for a move for any club that he feels prepared for.
